MULTI-SERVICE TECHNICIAN / GENERAL MAINTENANCE A leading company in the field of general maintenance is seeking your talent as a MULTI-SERVICE TECHNICIAN. Job Objective To provide preventive and corrective maintenance to facilities, ensuring optimal operation of equipment and infrastructure in electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, and general areas. Responsibilities General maintenance of electrical installations (lighting fixture replacement, contact inspection, basic distribution panels). Plumbing repairs (leaks, faucet replacement, flow meters, pipes). Painting, patching, and finishing work. Minor metalworking and carpentry repairs. Maintenance of air conditioning equipment (basic inspections). Responding to and following up on maintenance reports. Proper use of tools and personal protective equipment. Preparation of service reports. Compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements Completed secondary education or technical degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance. Basic knowledge of: Electrical systems. Plumbing. Finishing and painting. Preventive maintenance. Flexible availability for scheduling. Service-oriented attitude and sense of responsibility. Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with one weekday day off.
