Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and ensure compliance with the preventive and corrective architectural maintenance program. * Evaluate and monitor performance of operational staff and service providers. * Verify quality in execution of finishes, repairs, and renovations within the hospital. * Manage administrative reports, logs, and incident tracking. * Coordinate work in critical areas ensuring minimal impact on hospital operations. * Promote stability and commitment among technical staff.
