Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor with experience in warehouses and personnel management, focused on optimization and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Personnel management and budget control We are a construction company with over 5 years in the market, and we are currently seeking: MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Requirements: * Gender: Unrestricted * Completed or incomplete technical or engineering degree in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or related field. * Must reside in the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey. * Valid Class C driver's license. * 1 year of experience. * Leadership, delegation of responsibilities, decision-making, planning, and control. Experience: * Experience as maintenance supervisor in warehouses. * Personnel management. * Budget control. * Material optimization. * Construction site reporting and progress updates. * Contractor management. * Quality control. WE OFFER * Weekly salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 am to 6:00 pm; Saturdays until 2:00 pm * Our office is located in Col. Industrial, Monterrey, two blocks from Santa Maria Goretti Church.
