Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively **Maintenance Planner** **EDUCATION** * Mechatronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, or related field. **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance planning or coordination roles. **TECHNICAL SKILLS** * Experience with HVAC equipment, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems, etc. * Ability to read blueprints, technical manuals, and manufacturer specifications. * Maintenance management. * Experience with preventive, corrective, predictive, and autonomous maintenance. * Asset lifecycle management and technical shutdown planning. * Maintenance management system (CMMS). * Proficiency in SAP PM, Maximo, Infor, MP, etc. * Generation of work order scheduling and closure. * ISO 9001, ISO 55000, HSE, and environmental standards. * Inventory and logistics management. * Spare parts, materials, and tools control. * KPIs. * MTTR, MTBF, plan compliance, backlog, asset availability. **ADMINISTRATIVE SKILLS** * PC, photocopier, document administration, scanner, digital camera, video, etc., SAP. **SOFT SKILLS** * Sense of urgency, strong verbal communication skills, ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels, teamwork.
