Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary: Support preventive and corrective maintenance of machinery and molds, schedule mold changes, and provide technical training for machine operation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Maintenance activities on thermoforming machines. 3. Support in technical training for machine operation. **Education:** Technical Superior University (TSU) degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or related field. Support and follow-up on scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance for machinery and molds. Support scheduling of mold changes for producing Vitaplast brand products. Perform maintenance activities on various thermoforming machines. Support basic/technical training for machine operation. Provide service to the production department regarding machine adjustments. Assist in supervising production equipment according to production output. **Work Schedule:** Rotating shifts weekly (8-hour shifts): Morning shift starts at 6:00 a.m. (night shifts occasionally required), Monday through Saturday. **Salary:** Weekly base pay \+ productivity bonuses \+ subsidized cafeteria service \+ statutory benefits \+ Transportation bonus (for afternoon and night shifts).
