Job stability DIPSA – A Mexican company with over 20 years of experience in the plastic industry, collaborating with global enterprises such as SIDE Spain and Victory UK. **Job Description:** We are seeking an Injection Technician with experience in operating and adjusting machines, focused on process stability, product quality, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Adjusting process parameters (temperature, pressure, injection and cooling times) * Mold assembly, changeover, and adjustment (cold and hot runners) * Machine commissioning and startup of injection molding machines * Identification and correction of quality defects * Handling various plastic materials (nylon, PVC, polycarbonate, polypropylene, among others) * Supporting basic maintenance of machines and peripherals * Compliance with production, quality, and safety standards **Requirements:** * Proven experience in plastic injection molding * Knowledge of process and parameter adjustment * Experience in mold assembly * Practical orientation and on-floor problem-solving skills * Desired experience with peripherals (material drying, dosing, material conveying) **Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Analytical thinking * Sense of urgency * Teamwork * Results-oriented mindset **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Job stability * Opportunity for growth * Working with technology and international clients Interested candidates may apply through this channel or send their CV to admin@dip.com.mx Salary: $7,133.73 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Option for indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
