WE REQUIRE: * **HVAC COORDINATOR** **Objective:** Coordinate and supervise the operation and administration of HVAC services, ensuring proper equipment functionality, adherence to maintenance programs, efficient management of resources and vendors, and operational continuity of facilities in accordance with established quality, safety, and service standards. **Work Location**: Parques Polanco \| 15 min from San Joaquín metro station Experience: **Minimum 3 years in similar positions.** **Skills**: Active communication, responsibility, leadership, commitment, sense of urgency. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC systems. * Ensure proper operation of air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. * Supervise on-site technical staff and service providers. * Monitor maintenance programs and compliance with operational schedules. * Manage work orders, technical reports, and operational documentation. * Coordinate response and resolution of critical HVAC equipment failures. * Supervise compliance with safety and hygiene standards within operations. * Control inventory of tools, materials, and spare parts required for operations. * Manage quotations and follow-up with equipment and specialized service providers. * Prepare operational reports and performance indicators for the department. * Coordinate activities with other departments to ensure operational continuity across facilities. * Verify compliance with company-established quality and service standards. * Participate in inspections, audits, and technical reviews of facilities. * Propose operational improvements to optimize HVAC system performance and efficiency. **EMPLOYMENT OFFERING:** * Statutory benefits from day one * 30 days' year-end bonus * Monthly food vouchers * Base monthly salary Salary: $30,000\.00 \- $35,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
