Responsibilities: \- Perform electrical maintenance tasks, ensuring the proper operation of electrical systems, including installation, repair, and fault diagnosis. \- Carry out plumbing tasks, such as repairing and maintaining pipes, faucets, drainage systems, and other plumbing components. \- Conduct painting work both indoors and outdoors, ensuring a high-quality finish. \- Identify and resolve technical issues in real time to minimize operational disruptions. \- Participate in the planning and execution of facility improvement and renovation projects. \- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and report any incidents to the supervisor. \- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. \- Be open to receiving training in new areas and adopting new technologies and techniques that enhance maintenance quality. Requirements: \- Basic knowledge of industrial safety and use of hand and power tools. \- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. \- Capacity to adapt to new tasks and acquire new skills according to company needs. \- Desire to gain new knowledge and continuously improve in the role. \- Proactive attitude and problem-solving orientation.
