REQUIREMENTS: Education: Technical High School Diploma or incomplete Bachelor's degree. Experience: Minimum 1 year verifiable experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems, mini-split units, chillers, cassette-type units, air curtains, and precision equipment. • Preventive and corrective maintenance on hydraulic systems, horizontal water pumps, flow meters, pipe welding, and preferably with knowledge of water treatment (softening systems). • Basic knowledge of maintenance for medium- and low-voltage equipment (electrical panels, UPS systems, transformers). • Daily activity reporting. • Participation in training programs (environmental management system knowledge is desirable). • Coordination with external suppliers. • Performing necessary tasks to maintain facilities in proper electromechanical condition, including furniture, electrical and mechanical installations located at the workplace. • Execution of maintenance programs, responding to and resolving user-reported issues and service failures.
