**SUPERVISOR** We are looking for a Civil Engineer, Architect or related field. REQUIREMENTS: * Graduate or intern * 1 year of experience in a similar position * Personnel management * Valid driver's license (standard) * General maintenance knowledge (masonry, metalwork, etc.) * Responsible and committed Responsibilities * Coordination and supervision of personnel assigned to the maintenance crew * Determine necessary materials for operations * Damage assessment and verification * Operate utility vehicle to transport personnel * Strategic planning of maintenance and repair processes WE OFFER * Base salary $10,000 net monthly + $4,000 monthly bonus * Overtime pay * Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:30pm * Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm * Statutory benefits: IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacations, vacation premium 25%, 15 days year-end bonus per year * Company cell phone * Life insurance Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $14,000.00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
