Description

**MISSION:** Contribute to the company's security through the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, ensuring proper equipment functionality and high-quality video information capture, thereby facilitating evidence collection in cases of losses or incidents. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in Cancún, Quintana Roo. * Have 2 years of experience in a similar position. * Hold a degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, University Technical Superior, or a related field. * Proficient in operating standard and automatic vehicles (valid driver's license). * Willingness to travel as required by operational needs. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Proficiency in monitoring software (alarms / Closed-Circuit Television) * Installation and cabling of structured cabling networks (voice and data) * Installation of CCTV equipment (analog and IP), including cabling and configuration * Use and handling of UTP cables for networks and CCTV * Installation and configuration of access control systems * Installation of IP, Ethernet, and wireless networks * Installation of communication sites * Perimeter security systems * Interpretation of AutoCAD drawings * Microsoft Office suite **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute installation, inspection, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities for the company's security equipment and CCTV systems. * Respond to service requests related to failures, adjustments, or configurations of video surveillance equipment. * Perform installation and configuration of cameras, recorders, and other CCTV system components, ensuring compliance with established quality standards. * Support proper control and usage of materials, tools, and equipment required for installations and maintenance. * Record and safeguard required video information and evidence, while keeping service and maintenance reports up to date. * Promptly report CCTV system failures, incidents, or maintenance needs and follow up on their proper resolution in coordination with relevant departments. **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Life insurance. * Uniform. * Saturdays and Sundays off. * Collaborative work environment and professional development.
