Support the local delivery route by loading and unloading customer shipments and pickups of volume-based customers, to fulfill various service guarantees offered, as well as ensuring shipments travel under optimal conditions. Results Responsibilities 1\.\- Provide necessary support to the driver to carry out deliveries and pickups of volume-based customers assigned to local routes, using a pickup order issued by the SAP system, and for deliveries, following the shipment instructions provided by the Estafeta supervisor, with the objective of delivering and picking up from all volume-based customers on time and as scheduled. 2\.\- Load cargo onto vehicles for transport with maximum safety, following a cargo-loading guideline document that respects weight and dimensional limits, aiming to prevent cargo damage and minimize delays during unloading. 3\.\- Maintain the vehicle in good condition jointly with the driver through the monthly maintenance program and the weekly vehicle cleaning program, to avoid technical breakdowns and keep vehicles out of service. 4\.\- Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Decision Making Internal Relationships 1\.\- Supervise foreign cargo unloading at corresponding docks to ensure proper cargo routing, as well as reconcile received cargo from all customers. 2\.\- Supervise local traffic to ensure volume-based cargo is delivered on time and as scheduled, according to established frequencies and cargo service guarantees. External Relationships 1\.\- Interact with customers to ensure proper routing of collected cargo and timely, scheduled deliveries according to the agreed delivery guarantee.
