Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage and supervise logistical and warehousing operations for medical supplies, coordinating replenishments, supervising staff, and organizing transfers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and supervises logistical operations for medical supplies. 2. Coordinates replenishments, supervises staff, and organizes transfers. 3. Ensures order, cleanliness, and internal supply of materials. At Suministros Médicos de México, we seek a Warehouse Supervisor to manage and supervise logistical and warehousing operations for our medical supplies. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate and execute weekly bulk replenishments for HGM based on delivery notes and base stock levels. * Supervise warehouse staff at HGM, validating consumption of consigned items and kits. * Receive and record materials in SAE and PV systems, ensuring alignment with delivery notes and transfer documents. * Organize material transfers from Puebla to CDMX, registering them in the system and controlling document numbers. * Ensure order, cleanliness, and internal supply of materials at the CEDIS. * Receive supplies, materials, and equipment via purchase orders (PO), back orders, etc., and notify both the warehouse and purchasing departments. * Request consumables from HGM for procedures. **Required Qualifications** * Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, or related degree (degree required) * 1–2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, Supply Chain role, or other warehouse-related position * Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems * Experience in inventory management, delivery notes, transfers, and warehouse processes **We Offer** * Salary + Food vouchers * Professional development * 100% social security coverage * Savings fund * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM; Sunday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Work location: El Tule **OUR RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION PROCESS IS FULLY NON-DISCRIMINATORY AND BASED ON EQUAL OPPORTUNITY.
