Texcoco Mexico Logistics, transportation, warehousing, supply chain **External Job Description** **Warehouse Supervisor – Texcoco** Manage the warehouse in accordance with authorized processes and established safety and quality standards, to control product inbound and outbound operations and inventory levels. **Responsibilities:*** Organize resources according to the material delivery or dispatch plan. * Perform inter-plant transfers as directed by the distribution (logistics) department. * Timely execute inbound or outbound transactions in Oracle for the assigned warehouse. * Coordinate daily and monthly cyclic inventory counts for materials and report discrepancies to ensure timely tracking and implement corresponding improvement plans, validating warehouse inbound and outbound transactions. * Ensure personnel under supervision use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and that PPE is available in the warehouse for distribution-related activities, to prevent accidents during product handling or within warehouse facilities. * Comply with prerequisite programs and hazard control plans, as applicable. * Responsible for verifying compliance with internal policies regarding Code of Conduct, quality, and food safety; Environment, Health and Safety (EHS); and corporate policies, as applicable to the position. * Responsible for reporting deviations related to product quality and food safety. * Conduct and update risk analysis for the assigned process, foster a continuous improvement culture, and implement improvement actions, corrective actions, and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) actions. **Requirements:*** Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree. * Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience. * Experience in inventory control and warehouse inbound/outbound processes. * Knowledge of 5S methodology. * Knowledge of industrial safety. * ERP and Office software proficiency. * Availability to work rotating shifts and flexible hours. * Experience managing unionized personnel. **Skills:*** Teamwork. * Flexibility and adaptability to change. * Leadership. * Conflict resolution. * Decision-making.
