The individual may be required to use heavy machinery to perform tasks. This position performs other duties as assigned. **Responsibilities:** * Receives, inspects, and stocks incoming products. * Receives returns, counts and confirms quantities, determines condition, and completes documentation. * Receives orders and selects products from appropriate locations. * Verifies accuracy of picked orders. * Assembles and packs products safely. * Arranges shipment pickups, contacts carriers, and coordinates scheduling. * Handles products and performs tasks in accordance with customer procedures and governmental and compliance regulations. * Palletizes cartons, wraps, and loads skids onto trailers. * Creates shipping labels and other package documentation to maintain accurate shipment data in the warehouse management system. * Operates various powered equipment safely. * Responds promptly to customer/consumer inquiries, resolves issues, and communicates service problems to supervisor. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent * Warehouse experience—preferred * Availability to work flexible shifts, up to five days per week **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
