**Tip Energy** invites you to join its team as a **WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT:** **1. POSITION OBJECTIVE:** Ensure timely supply of materials, tools, equipment, and accessories while maintaining order and cleanliness; contribute to the timely and proper completion of construction projects. **2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control of warehouse inbound and outbound transactions * Supply of materials, equipment, and tools * Control of material returns * Tool management * Maintain orderly arrangement of materials * Verify stock levels and notify Procurement for replenishment * Arrange goods using a forklift * Submit invoices to Procurement for processing and payment * Schedule and conduct annual inventories * Conduct cyclic and rotating inventories * Coordinate with the Warehouse Driver for material and equipment deliveries * Maintain order and cleanliness in the warehouse * Ensure personnel perform safe operations at height and on the ground * Receive and record materials, equipment, and/or tools in the ERP system * Comply with activities of the Integrated Management System (IMS) 9001, 14001, and 45001, in accordance with established processes, procedures, and applicable regulations for the position. **3.
