Position Summary: Ómnibus de México is seeking a Valuables Assistant to manage, control, and safeguard cash and negotiable instruments, ensuring traceability and interdepartmental communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages cash and valuables receipt and disbursement accurately. 2. Controls and records supporting documentation with traceability. 3. Maintains key communication with financial and operational departments. **OMNIBUS DE MÉXICO IS LOOKING FOR YOUR TALENT!** At Ómnibus de México, we are seeking: **VALUABLES ASSISTANT** **WORK LOCATION:** Central del Milenio, Zapopan, Jalisco; Carretera a Nogales 1110, San Juan de Ocotán, 45403 Zapopan, Jal. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Cash and valuables receipt and disbursement; Receives, verifies, and disburses monetary amounts, checks, or negotiable instruments, ensuring proper recording and safekeeping in accordance with internal procedures. * Documentation control and recordkeeping; Prepares and updates policy reports, receipts, and supporting documents, maintaining traceability for each bank deposit or shipment. * Bank delivery of valuables; Prepares and coordinates containers holding cash or documents for bank crediting, ensuring proper seals, signatures, and transportation security. * Interdepartmental communication; Maintains constant coordination with Accounting, Travel Coordinators, and Valuables Transportation Services to ensure agile and reliable processes. * Internal tracking and control; Monitors bank crediting status and reports any discrepancies, incidents, or delays detected. * Compliance and safekeeping; Safeguards documents, vouchers, and valuables under strict confidentiality and internal control standards. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Accounting; minimum education: High School Diploma with TSU in Accounting · Experience in Valuables or Treasury departments · Cash handling experience · Preferably prior work experience in Treasury, Finance, Valuables, or Main Cash departments **WE OFFER:** · Biweekly salary payment · Punctuality bonus · Grocery vouchers · Social security coverage from day one · Life insurance · All statutory benefits · Profit-sharing (PTU) · INFONAVIT, FONACOT *Are you interested in joining Ómnibus de México?* *Apply through this channel—we place our trust in you on the journey.* Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $13,226\.10 per month Benefits: * Eligibility for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
