Our collaborative environment provides significant opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. **What You Will Do** * Promote a culture based on the company's principles. * Interpret drawings and technical specifications for tool construction, adjustments, and maintenance. * Operate conventional CNC machines and general tools for the manufacture of parts. * Execution of work orders to generate preventive and corrective maintenance. * Provide preventive operational maintenance to the machines in the workshop. * Diagnosis of failures in tools and equipment by developing solution proposals. * Ensure compliance with safety and quality according to Koch's vision of tool maintenance activities. * Report any potential risk and propose suggestions for improvements. **The Experience You Will Bring** **Requirements (Basic Qualifications):** * Demonstrated experience in industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or military environment. * Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics. * Proven experience in the development of preventive maintenance on tools and equipment. * Valid VISA and Passport. **What Will Put You Ahead** * Proficiency in English and Spanish. * Technical school or other related educational certifications/degrees.
