Ongoing training **Engrane is seeking a Bid Analyst in Lomas De Santa Fe – Álvaro Obregón, Ciudad de México** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Responsibilities: * Search for procurement procedures on portals related to each client’s specialty * Prepare quotations for market research purposes * Complete checklists for compiling procurement procedures * Draft questions and clarifications for each procedure and follow up during clarification meetings * Compile procurement procedures from administrative and legal perspectives * Compile procurement procedures overall (electronic or physical), as applicable * Monitor award decisions for potential contract awards * Monitor formalization of awarded contracts * Compile files for awarded procurement procedures Requirements: Completed university degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field. At least one year of experience in this role. Basic knowledge of regulations applicable to the healthcare sector and document management.
