The objective of this position is to supervise and direct daily activities related to machinery and equipment at the plant, ensuring compliance with product quality requirements, production volume, and budget. This role is critical for driving continuous improvement initiatives, machine standardization, and proper execution of the CMMS maintenance system. The person in this position will lead and coordinate manufacturing engineers to ensure proper operation of equipment and machinery. Responsibilities include continuous improvement of processes and machinery using the PEAK system, expense and budget control, capital project management, as well as selection and leadership of transfer, evaluation, and equipment development projects. This role also oversees preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans and ensures compliance with SEAL, OSHA, and NOM safety guidelines, as well as ISO and quality management system requirements.
