Position Summary: EX MÉXICO is seeking a Stamping Team Leader to lead and optimize production processes, ensure product quality, and promote operational safety. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in stamping processes using high-capacity presses. 2. Management of unionized personnel and administration of mobile equipment teams. 3. Focus on optimization of production parameters and quality. **EX MÉXICO is seeking a STAMPING TEAM LEADER in Apaseo El Grande, Guanajuato** ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Education: Completed degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience: 4–6 years as a production leader in stamping processes using steel presses exceeding 1000 tons. Proficiency in stamping processes and use of measurement tools. Experience in the mobile equipment industry (Overhead Crane, Forklift, Tugger). ERP PLEX proficiency preferred for production data entry and order management. Experience managing unionized personnel. Personnel administration (attendance incidents, overtime, classification changes). Proficiency in problem-solving tools. Kanban system proficiency. Knowledge of mobile equipment and warehouse management. Directing and assigning tasks to operational personnel in the stamping area. Monitoring and optimizing production parameters: OEE, scrap rate, cycle time, die changeover time. Validating proper installation, adjustment, and release of dies for structural parts. Ensuring products meet technical specifications and tolerances indicated in engineering drawings. Promoting and maintaining an operational safety culture, along with order and cleanliness under 5S standards. Participating in root cause analysis meetings.
