**PEN HEALTH is seeking a SUPPLIER ANALYST FOR PHARMACEUTICAL LABORATORY in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City** ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We require: Operational support for a pharmaceutical laboratory Requirements: Completed high school diploma or incomplete/complete undergraduate degree in Administrative fields Minimum 6 months of experience in billing procedures, payment tracking, and communication with suppliers. Responsibilities: Request quotations from suppliers and compare received proposals. Manage initial contact with suppliers and follow up on negotiations. Validate payment processes. Request and manage invoices from suppliers, ensuring correct issuance and delivery. Monitor annual price increases from suppliers and manage related documentation. Record information in databases regarding costs, contact details, and other relevant supplier information. We offer: Gross base salary: $12,293 per month Productivity bonus: $2,000 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Paid training Statutory benefits Work location: Col.
