




Job Summary: Eleyeme Asociados is seeking a Jr. SHE Supervisor to lead meetings, manage contractor personnel, coordinate work permits, and ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and coordinate safety, health, and environmental activities in projects. 2. Manage contractor personnel and review action plans. 3. Actively participate in company programs and activities. **Eleyeme Asociados is looking for a Jr. SHE Supervisor to join our team!** **What will you do?** * Lead DOR (Definition of Ready) meetings. * Manage contractor personnel for task execution. * Coordinate daily work permits and risk predictions. * Review and audit work execution against the MST and established risk analysis, and document findings. * Review action plans and follow up on actions arising from various fronts. * Conduct accident investigations and ensure implementation of action plans. * Assist in preparing the monthly report. * Disseminate alerts during DOR meetings. * Prepare lessons learned for DOR. * Conduct weekly mass meetings on Safety, Health, and Environmental topics. * Report service performance to management. * Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines. Others: * Actively participate in all company-mandated activities and programs applicable to the position’s responsibilities. **What do you need?** **Education Level:** * Technical or university degree **Field / Specialization:** * Industrial safety, occupational hygiene, and environmental protection. **Work Experience:** * Use and handling of fire extinguishers and fire prevention * Knowledge of manual and power tools, manual handling of loads, hazardous chemicals, work at heights, hot work, confined space entry, high-risk electrical work, and intervention on lines carrying hazardous fluids. * Certification for lifting supervision * Excavations, demolitions, and safe scaffolding assembly * Lockout-tagout (LOTO) **Technical Knowledge:** * Legal requirements for safety and environment * Knowledge of ISO 45001 / 14001 * Problem-solving tools * Risk analysis * Emergency response teams and emergency management * Customer requirements * General construction safety knowledge **Skills:** * Leadership * Negotiation skills * Analytical ability * Conflict resolution skills * Goal orientation * Teamwork * Customer orientation (internal and external) We offer a competitive salary, statutory benefits, major medical expense insurance (SGMM), and life insurance.
