Join our team as: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR Job Summary Responsible for directing all operational activities within the site, supporting customer needs and supervising assigned personnel to ensure efficient operations; working collaboratively with the assigned team to promptly resolve urgent issues and guarantee accurate inventory handling and operational execution. Responsibilities Address all operational needs of assigned personnel. Continuously monitor key performance indicators based on operational requirements. Operational control and monitoring to meet daily targets. Proper management of operations based on personnel and product requirements. Focus on daily loading and unloading activities. Monitor correct placement of goods on racks and floor level. Manage temperature-controlled chamber operations for refrigerated products. Comply with C\-TPAT policies. Comply with BPA program requirements. Adhere to daily scheduling based on customer orders. Track discrepancies arising during daily operations. Report all operational incidents to direct supervisor. Daily management and verification of documents (e.g., Load Map, FOES, etc.). Handle and understand PEPS and PCPS processes. Additional Notes Physical condition permitting extended periods of standing and lifting packages. Salary: $18,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month. Workplace: On-site employment
