**MISSION / OBJECTIVE**
---------------------
Verify compliance with applicable SPEI regulations at Indeval through periodic reviews with departments responsible for technological and information security matters, aiming to prevent regulatory deviations and ensure regulatory compliance before the Bank of Mexico.
**JOB FUNCTIONS**
-----------------------
* Identify regulatory changes, international best practices, and emerging cybersecurity threats applicable to SPEI.
* Verify implementation and ongoing compliance with policies and procedures issued by departments responsible for SPEI-related technological and information security matters.
* Identify and monitor anomalies related to security in IT systems and infrastructure involved in SPEI operations.
* Verify, in coordination with responsible departments, the accurate and continuous updating of SPEI's Technological Infrastructure inventory.
* Propose continuous improvements to controls, processes, and documentation to strengthen SPEI-related technological compliance.
* Support review of ongoing compliance with obligations set forth in the SPEI Regulatory Framework and assess adherence to current regulations, identifying potential regulatory non-compliance to avoid possible legal sanctions and/or fines.

* Generate necessary inputs for report preparation, including, among others, hash generation, matrices, and evidence.
* Draft conclusions from conducted reviews, incorporated into reports issued to Responsible Departments, and support follow-up on identified findings and non-compliances.
* Safeguard information and evidence deposited in any physical or electronic resource or space designated, generated during Internal Audits, External Audits, or Compliance Reviews, regarding compliance with Rule 58th in relation to Appendix M of the SPEI Operational Manual.
* Support communication to relevant departments regarding updates to the regulatory framework related to technological and information security matters, issued by the Bank of Mexico.
* Support the annual evaluation of SPEI connection interface providers by preparing requirements, safeguarding and reviewing information, and tracking findings and implemented measures.

* Information Security and Cybersecurity.
* Operating Systems (Windows, UNIX, LINUX, among others).
* Security Suites for event monitoring.
* Websec software and digital certificates.
* GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools.
* Regulations, standards, and regulatory compliance applicable to Payment Systems.
* Document management and coordination of administrative activities.
