Project follow-up and support for hospital institutions Hi Tec Medical is seeking your talent as: **Specialist Technician (Anesthesia Technician)** **Requirements:** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree and/or Technical degree in health sciences. **Experience:** 1 year in a similar position. **Knowledge:** * Operating room knowledge and/or anesthesia technician background. * Pharmaceutical sector knowledge (medical supplies and instruments). **Availability:** Immediate * Provide customer service and technical support within the operating room regarding Minimally Invasive Surgery, resolving cases and issues. * Execute project follow-up and management for assigned Minimally Invasive Surgery projects. * Deliver informative presentations to public and private institutions to demonstrate product utilization in the field of Minimally Invasive Surgery, as well as updates on materials, equipment, and products offered by the company. * Conduct induction, training, and updates assigned regarding medical supplies and equipment acquired by customers. * Perform follow-up on assigned hospital and healthcare institutions within the Minimally Invasive Surgery specialty. * Provide service support and guidance to patients requiring Minimally Invasive Surgery, as needed. * Prepare and process official letters, reports, summaries, requests, reports, requisitions, admission orders, memoranda, notices, spreadsheets, numerical tables, comparative analyses, compilations—including statistical ones—as well as regulatory or technical forms and charts established within the assigned department. * Review the organization and updating of local files, catalogs, record-keeping systems, and verify correct interleaving of documents and forms. * Verify accuracy and completeness of data, documents, or forms received or prepared to ensure continuity of procedures, file compilation—including specialized local files and catalogs. * Analyze and clean documents or forms, determine required procedures, and distribute them for execution. * Prepare corrections, report missing items, and request information on omitted documents. * Assist company personnel, customers, and/or investors by providing information, guidance, clarification, and by receiving or delivering documents to initiate procedures. * Attend company-determined training courses according to operational programs and needs. Report on activities performed. * Verify and control provision of required work equipment and materials for carrying out responsibilities. * Administrative process follow-up before, during, and after surgical procedures. * Present information to determine solutions for cases and movements related to daily procedures, objectives, and extraordinary corporate events. **Work Location:** Dr. Manuel Gea González General Hospital, located at Calz. de Tlalpan 4800, Belisario Domínguez Secc. 16, Tlalpan, 14080 Ciudad de México, CDMX **Working Hours:** Morning and/or Afternoon shift (7:00–16:00 hrs.)
