Job Summary: We are seeking an SMT Technician with NPI experience to provide support, optimization, and monitoring of surface mount assembly equipment. Key Highlights: 1. Key technical support for equipment during NPI implementation 2. Optimization of ASMPT and FUJI NXT III programs 3. Monitoring and programming of state-of-the-art SMT machinery Description and details of responsibilities * Technical support for equipment during NPI implementation * Creation of first-run result reports during validation and NPI phases * Essential knowledge of NPI tools such as PPAP, Core Tools, Agile * Knowledge and tracking of problem resolution under established methodologies * Understanding and generation of CPK reports for the SMT process * Optimization of ASMPT Screen Printer and FUJI NXT III placement programs during the NPI phase * Monitoring of programming for SMT equipment including ASMPT SP, Koh Young SPI, FUJI NXT III, N2 Reflow Oven, CyberOptic AOI * Understanding of statistical studies for SPI * Promote quality awareness and safe operation of equipment * Assist in operator training * Assist and participate in company-required training * Adhere to applicable safety and hygiene regulations * Comply with internal work regulations Experience and Requirements * High school diploma (minimum) * Technical degree in electronics, electromechanics, or equivalent * Minimum 2 years of experience in printed circuit board processes and Surface Mount Technology (SMT) * Computer skills for data entry (Office\-Excel, Word) and programming * Ability to program SMT and automated inspection equipment * Basic English proficiency * SMT FUJI NXTIII, ASMPT, KOH YOUNG, CYBEROPTICS Benefits * Uniform * Medical expense insurance * Showers Number of vacancies 1 Area Electronics Contract Permanent Work mode On-site Shift Day shift Working hours Full-time Education level High school Willingness to travel No
