Position Summary: Coordination and tracking of domestic and international shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and proper documentation, while managing communication with all parties involved. Delivery monitoring and incident resolution Shipping Analyst responsible for coordinating and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordination and tracking of domestic and international shipments * Preparation and validation of documentation (invoices, waybills, bills of lading, etc.) * Communication with warehouse, carriers, and customers * Delivery monitoring and incident resolution * Updating reports and maintaining system records **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in shipping or logistics * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Knowledge of transportation documentation * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow up Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $10,000.00 – $11,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for permanent employment contract * Complimentary uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
