Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist and General Office Assistant to provide administrative support and handle customer service, with proficiency in office tools and technological platforms. General support in office administrative activities. **Position:** Receptionist and General Office Assistant. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including lunch break. **Work Location:** Córdoba Street 42, Roma Norte Neighborhood, Mexico City. **Required Profile:** \- Experience or technical training as Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant. \- Computer skills for basic programs: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. \- Operation of basic office equipment: printer, copier, scanner, switchboard, and similar. \- Familiarity with basic technological platforms: ChatGPT, Canva, and similar. **Responsibilities:** ⁠\- In-person and telephone reception and customer service. \- ⁠Scheduling assistance and follow-up for attorneys' agendas. \- Administrative support to legal staff, including use of basic computer software and basic technological platforms. \- Drafting, sending, and tracking emails. \- Document filing, scanning, and copying. \- General support in office administrative activities. **Salary and/or Benefits:** ⁠\- Compensation offer will be tailored according to qualifications, with potential for growth based on commitment and aptitude. \- ⁠Job stability. \- Professional work environment. \- Opportunity for learning and development. **Interested candidates should send their CV to the following email addresses:** jmartinez@abmb.mx Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
