**MILUYOLE\-LA BTK is seeking a PRODUCTION MANAGER in Azcapotzalco, Mexico City** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **MILUYOLE \- LA BTK**, a 100% Mexican company experiencing continuous growth in the restaurant industry, is looking for talent to join us as: **PRODUCTION MANAGER**. ***Requirements:*** ***Experience:*** * Minimum of 1\-2 years of verifiable experience in related positions: Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Supply Chain, New Product Development, Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Batch and Expiry Date Management, Production Planning — preferably within the food industry, etc. ***Knowledge:*** * ***Inventory Management*** * ***Production Processes*** * ***Waste Control*** * ***Report Preparation*** * ***Computer Equipment Proficiency*** * ***Industrial Food Machinery Operation*** * ***Batch and Expiry Date Management*** * ***Product Development*** * ***Production Planning*** **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure the production chain complies with all internal and external standards, guaranteeing food safety throughout the entire production process. * Plan effectively based on warehouse requirements. * Control and manage raw material and finished product batches and expiry dates across the entire production chain. * Monitor proper execution of production procedures. * Prepare waste reports. * Guarantee food safety and ensure that each process includes appropriate cleaning, organization, and arrangement of equipment, raw materials, packaging materials, and necessary supplies to prevent cross-contamination. * Conduct quality tests for each batch produced daily. * Maintain the SAE system updated in real time, recording all incoming and outgoing movements according to company processes. * Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports to respective departments. * Maintain inventory control. * Validate purchase orders against physical stock and invoices. * Prepare weekly requisitions based on current stock levels, forecasted demand, and historical data. * Carry out weekly and monthly planning for production inputs. * Supervise, train, and develop personnel in the production area. * Perform general duties of the production department. **Required Skills:** * Leadership * Proactivity * Collaborative Work * Adaptability to Change * Effective Communication * Discipline * Teamwork **We Offer:** Monthly salary of **$13,500 MXN (gross)** Biweekly payment.
