We seek passionate professionals with the following profile: **MEP RESIDENT** **Position Objective:** Plan, coordinate, and supervise the assigned workfront through subcontractors specializing in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Protection Systems to ensure compliance with the construction schedule for industrial warehouses and infrastructure. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Technical Supervision:** Monitor progress of electromechanical installations, ensuring physical execution aligns with drawings and single-line diagrams. * **Supply Control:** Confirm orders, contracts, execution, and promptly report any discrepancies. * **Subcontractor Management:** Manage workfronts, review progress for estimates and planning under the **Lean Construction** methodology. * **Quality Assurance:** Participate in the commissioning process of electromechanical equipment and alarm systems. * **Documentation:** Prepare specific construction schedules and material requisition/control. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, or Civil Engineering (with extensive experience in installations). * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years as an MEP Resident or Supervisor, preferably in **industrial warehouses and infrastructure for industrial parks**. * **Software:** Proficiency in **Bluebeam** (for takeoffs), drawing viewers, AutoCAD, and basic Microsoft Office suite. * **Languages:** Intermediate-to-advanced English (B2 or higher preferred). * **Location:** Willingness to work on-site in **Santiago de Querétaro, Qro.** **Technical Knowledge:** * Electrical installations (Medium and Low Voltage) and single-line diagrams. * Fire Protection Systems (FPS), pump rooms, and tanks. * Alarm systems, Building Automation Systems (BAS), voice and data systems. * Infrastructure for industrial parks. * National and international regulations (NOM, NFPA, ASHRAE). **Competencies:** * Problem analysis and decision-making. * Effective communication and empathy. * Quality focus and teamwork. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Statutory benefits. * Insurance: Major Medical Expenses and Life Insurance (after completing the first year). * Additional benefits: Savings fund. * Tools: Laptop and mobile phone. **Work Location:** Santiago de Querétaro, Qro. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm (1-hour lunch break), and Saturdays, 7:00 am to 12:00 pm. **Apply through this channel.** If you meet the profile, we will contact you.
