Due to expansion and growth, we seek your talent as a **REPSE Specialist** **Requirements:** * Technical degree in administrative or accounting fields, or incomplete or completed bachelor’s degree (verifiable) * Minimum 2 years of experience in REPSE compliance. * Up-to-date knowledge of Mexican labor and tax legislation. * Intermediate Excel skills and accounting system proficiency. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Responsibilities:** * Monitoring and tracking fiscal and labor obligations related to the REPSE registry. * Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports for compliance with IMSS, SAT, and STPS. * Review of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure regulatory compliance. * Coordination with Human Resources and Legal departments to maintain updated required documentation. * Support during internal and external audits related to REPSE. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications or courses in REPSE, IMSS, SAT, or STPS. * Experience in construction or specialized services companies. * Ability to work under pressure and in teams, responsibility, commitment, results orientation, information analysis, attention to detail, assertive and effective communication.
