Job Summary: We are seeking a Receptionist to provide warm, efficient, and professional service to guests, managing check-in/check-out procedures and guest requests to ensure a positive experience. Effective communication and conflict resolution. ***ISAAYA BOUTIQUE HOTEL IS SEEKING*** **RECEPTIONIST** **Job Objective** To deliver warm, efficient, and professional service to guests and visitors by performing check\-in and check\-out procedures, addressing requests, ensuring a positive experience, and communicating effectively. **Duties and Responsibilities** * Greet and assist domestic and international guests. * Perform check\-in and check\-out procedures. * Answer telephone calls, emails, and requests in Spanish and English. * Provide information regarding hotel services, rates, and tourist attractions. * Coordinate special requests with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, reservations). * Manage reservations and modifications within the system. * Handle cash collections, billing, and cash drawer reconciliations (as applicable). * Record incidents and follow up on complaints or requests. * Adhere to policies, procedures, and service standards. **Academic Requirements** * Completed high school diploma. * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). **Experience** * Minimum 1 year in hotel front desk or customer service roles. * Experience interacting with foreign guests (preferred). **Knowledge** * English language proficiency. * Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation systems. * Customer service and guest relations expertise. * Basic cash handling and billing skills. * Microsoft Office / Google Workspace proficiency. **Competencies and Skills** * Service-oriented attitude * Effective communication * Organization and follow-up * Conflict resolution * Ability to work under pressure * Professional appearance Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $10,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Option for indefinite-term contract * Complimentary uniforms * Meal vouchers Language: * English (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site employment
