Responsible to do strategies for problem solving and quality control plan execution. **LEAD RESPONSIBILITIES:** Ensure \& manage health and safety of the team People administration (Hiring, payroll, incidences) Support quality process Engineer Manage quality system Data Analysis, problem solving (Back orders, backtrack) Manage the KPIs related to the position Ensure control plan is executed on time Contribute and support Quality NPD process Indirect purchasing administration Ensure happiness index of the team Periodic performance evaluation on the team and professional development Maintain communication with multidisciplinary team and internal customers Develop and control aesthetic committees Ensure BRPMs methodology application Follow BRP values and behaviours Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics Enforce Quality BRP policy. Follow up office vibe results though action plan. **SKILLS:** Project management EHS Basic knowledge Quality System Management Microsoft Office BRPMS Tools **EDUCATION:** Bachelor: Industrial, Mechanical or related engineering degree. **EXPERIENCE:** 3 Years in: Quality **LANGUAGE:** Fluent in Spanish written and verbal. English advanced (Min. 80%) written specially French or german is an advantage.
