The team is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing supplier PPMs, and maintaining compliance with Quality Management Systems. The department plays a key role in driving continuous improvement and upholding industry standards across the plant. **What you can look forward to as Quality Management System Engineer:** * Review and coordinate internal and external audits, follow up on corrective actions, and report status to stakeholders. * Ensure implementation and compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, customer\-specific requirements, and ZF standards. * Promote quality awareness by implementing core quality tools across the plant. * Facilitate meetings with external and corporate auditors. * Plan, lead, and conduct internal audits to verify system compliance. * Ensure timely resolution of non\-conformities and drive improvement initiatives. * Analyze trends and audit results to identify areas for improvement. * Report audit outcomes and system performance to senior management. **Your Profile as Quality Management System Engineer:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience in final assembly processes within the automotive electronics industry. * Strong knowledge of automotive quality standards: IATF 16949, BIQ, VDA, CQIs, LPAs, Core Tools, and product audits. * Experience managing audits, including internal and external. * Familiarity with customer\-specific requirements: GM, Ford, BMW, Stellantis, Nissan, etc. * Certified Internal and External Auditor. * Excellent problem\-solving, decision\-making, teamwork, and communication skills. * Proficiency in MS Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. **Why you should choose ZF in Monterrey:** * Competitive salary and benefits * Career oath and development opportunities * Multi\-cultural and teamwork enviroment.
