Document control and safeguarding of IMS documentation. **Distribution & Services Logístics DH, SA de CV is seeking a Quality Analyst in Lechería - Tultitlán, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ INTERMERK, a leading company in the logistics sector, is looking for: QUALITY ANALYST Requirements: * Minimum 3 years of experience * Knowledge of BPM's NOM 251 * ISO 9000 * FOOD SAFETY * HACCP * Experience with management systems * ISO 18000 * ISO 14000 * Proficiency in statistical process control Responsibilities: * Ensure the warehouse implements and complies with each parameter defined by the IMS * Handle and follow up on external and internal audits requested by customers * Identify, document, and send to the customer product shortages detected upon product receipt, so the customer can validate recommended actions for product reconfiguration. * Identify, document, and submit nonconformity findings (PNC) to the Unit Manager * Define necessary actions for pest control and coordinate with the customer to establish costs and timelines * Monitor and ensure compliance with pest control measures * Maintain records of PNCs reported by operations to generate action plans and follow-up activities * Execute the training plan, starting from quality, safety, and environmental hygiene induction * Document control and safeguarding of documentation that validates and supports the IMS * Conduct internal IMS audits * Generate a monthly report on shortages, complaints, rejections, and non-quality incidents * Monitor industrial safety conditions at sites **Desired education level:** Higher education – degree holder **Desired experience level:** Mid-level **Departmental function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Warehousing **Skills:** * Initiative * Teamwork * Communication * Organization * Working under pressure *This vacancy comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=6a0e423e390000310071f4a8\&source\=indeed*
