Position Objective Ensure timely, cost-effective, and strategic procurement of supplies, materials, and services across the group, guaranteeing quality, budget control, and operational continuity in all units. **Key Responsibilities** Design and execute the group’s procurement strategy. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery timelines with suppliers. Ensure timely supply to prevent stockouts. Analyze costs, consumption trends, and savings opportunities. Evaluate and develop the supplier portfolio. Oversee purchase orders, deliveries, incidents, and documentation. Collaborate closely with kitchen, bars, warehouse, maintenance, and administration teams. Track procurement KPIs including turnover, savings, and compliance. Promote sustainable procurement and partnerships with local producers. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Administrative Gastronomy, Logistics, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing—preferably in restaurants, hospitality, or food and beverage industries. Proven experience negotiating with suppliers. Intermediate Excel proficiency. Knowledge of FIFO inventory system. Experience using inventory and invoicing software.
