Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager to ensure project execution in terms of quality, timeline, and cost, managing resources and leading personnel. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborates with the client in planning, execution, and monitoring. We are looking for your talent as a **Project Manager with experience in Telecommunications/Mobile, to work in Mérida, Yucatán.** Job Objective: To ensure project execution in terms of quality, timeline, and cost—reflected in revenue aligned with company requirements—through quotation, planning, control, and evaluation of available resources. **Key Responsibilities:** * Promote and implement WFI Mexico’s core values * Review and validate quotations and sales opportunities * Request Cost Center setup for various projects * Notify client-owned material and/or equipment arrivals or departures * Communicate each project’s scope to all stakeholders * Schedule payments to suppliers and contractors * Provide necessary resources for project development * Guide assigned personnel on required activities and documentation to be generated * Monitor progress of various projects against the plan * Collaborate with the client in project planning, control, execution, and monitoring * Approve costs required for project development * Review project results and forecasts—including costs, revenue, billing, collections, progress, and risks—using the Project Summary * Take corrective actions for deviations affecting billable deliverables * Report activity progress and any project-related issues to the Operations Director * Evaluate skills and knowledge of assigned personnel * Support the Quality Assurance team in generating evidence and meeting standards * Ensure compliance—jointly with the Quality Assurance team—with occupational safety requirements, use and handling of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), report completion, safe driving practices, audits, and training * Provide activity-derived information to the Quality Assurance team for proper analysis and action-taking * Request guidance and coaching from the Quality Assurance team regarding application of internal and client-specific quality and safety standards **Minimum Experience Required:** * **5 verifiable years** **Education:** * **Engineering / Administration** **We Offer:** * **Salary commensurate with experience** * **Statutory benefits effective immediately** * **Career growth opportunities** If you meet the profile, please send your updated CV.
