Minimum Requirements: Must reside in Tlaquepaque, Tonalá, or Tlajomulco; transportation provided; job stability; direct employment contract with the company; rotating shifts every fifteen days; prior experience in industrial production; ability to work in dynamic and high-pressure environments; and effective communication skills. Technical training in production or equivalent experience will be considered favorably. We offer a collaborative work environment and job stability. This position requires availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. Initial and ongoing training is provided to ensure candidates stay up-to-date with the latest production techniques and regulations.
