




Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Trainer with manufacturing experience, preferably in harness assembly, to train operational staff, ensure procedural compliance, and improve quality and productivity. Supporting retraining and providing technical support to supervisors. **Production Trainer** **2nd Shift** **Job Description:** Experience in manufacturing processes, preferably harness assembly, to train operational staff at critical workstations, ensure procedural compliance, and support continuous improvement in quality and productivity. **Job Responsibilities:** * Identify training needs and train operational staff in quality, productivity, and safety. * Verify that operators are certified and trained for their assigned workstations. * Document, validate, and update training records in systems such as TRESS and CMS. * Administer assessments and track quality issues related to operator skills. * Support retraining, workstation transfers, and provide technical support to supervisors. * Update certification badges and publish progress in the training matrix. * Authority to stop the process if an operator is not trained for a critical operation. **Requirements:** * Education: High school diploma or Technical Superior University degree (preferred). * Minimum 6 months of experience in a manufacturing plant or harness assembly processes. * Basic Microsoft Office skills and fundamental knowledge of the TRESS system. * Strong verbal communication skills, teamwork orientation, and tolerance. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Opportunities for professional development and growth. * Collaborative work environment.
