Job Summary: RDT Engineers seeks Production Operators to operate equipment, perform deburring, assemble and mark parts, and support other departments in a metalworking environment. Key Highlights: 1. Operate and maintain deburring equipment and cutting tools. 2. Assemble and mark parts in compliance with quality standards. 3. Support departments such as CNC, warehouse, FPI, and final inspection. RDT Engineers is seeking operational staff at the Benito Juárez Industrial Park in Querétaro. **Production Operators** * Work location: Benito Juarez Park, QRO * Schedule: Rotating 3 shifts of 8 hours each — morning, afternoon, and night * Industry: Aerospace metalworking **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent * Residence no more than 30 minutes from the park * Prior experience working in industrial manufacturing plants **Responsibilities and Functions** * Operate, monitor, and maintain deburring equipment, cutting tools, and auxiliary facilities in optimal condition. * Perform deburring, assembly, and part marking in accordance with required quality standards and timelines, based on operational needs. * Provide basic support and assistance to other departments as needed (CNC, warehouse, FPI, and final inspection). * Read and fully understand all process documentation before commencing any activity. **Benefits:** 13% savings fund. 10.55% food vouchers. 70% vacation bonus, increasing every 5 years up to 100%. 25 days of Christmas bonus, increasing every 5 years up to 35 days. 12 vacation days.
