Packaging. * Fill product into various package formats per production order and in accordance with company production, quality, safety, and security standards. * Fully operate the corresponding filling line equipment, adjust startup parameters, and correctly follow the cleaning procedure upon completion. 2\. Powders. * The Operator must verify that the raw material codes listed on the production order match those physically received. * The Operator must follow the prescribed addition sequence and timing to produce a homogeneous product meeting established production, quality, safety, and security specifications. * Fill product into various package formats per production order and in accordance with company production, quality, safety, and security standards. 3\. Hygienic Products. * The Operator must verify that the raw material codes listed on the production order match those physically received. * The Operator must follow the prescribed addition sequence and timing to produce a homogeneous product meeting established production, quality, safety, and security specifications. * Fill product into various package formats per production order and in accordance with company production, quality, safety, and security standards. 4\. Raw Material Weighing. * Safely operate the forklift and move raw materials for weighing. * Accurately weigh materials per production order, adhering strictly to production order requirements and company production, quality, safety, and security standards. * Relocate materials back to their correct positions and place heavy loads in designated locations. * Proper handling of the melting furnace * Ensure FIFO within the warehouse 5\. Record Keeping. * As a result of product filling and/or manufacturing, internal control requires record completion for product traceability, filling times, quantities added, agitation times, addition sequence, scrap, setup, etc. 6\. Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, and Hygiene. * It is the Operator’s responsibility to correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriate to the assigned work area, as well as to clean and maintain it properly. * The Operator must comply with company safety rules and regulations. * It is the employee’s responsibility to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and hygiene rules, for which training will be provided. * At the end of each shift, the employee must leave their work area clean and organized, applying the 5S methodology. 7\. Continuous Improvement. * The employee must participate in all continuous improvement initiatives implemented in operations. * The employee must support quality initiatives implemented in processes. * The employee must attend training courses on Food Safety, ISO 22000 Standard, and ISO 9001 Standard
