Job Summary: We are seeking a machine tool operator with experience in operating, adjusting, and maintaining machinery; interpreting blueprints; and performing quality control, to collaborate in an environment of innovation and growth. Requirements: * Education: Junior high school or incomplete high school. * Proficiency in operating machines and tools. * Willingness to work rotating shifts. * Flexible availability for scheduling. Experience: * Operating conventional machine tools. * Preparing and adjusting machinery before, during, and after production. * Interpreting blueprints, work orders, and technical specifications for part manufacturing. * Performing quality control using measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, etc.). * Recording production data and reporting any anomalies or deviations in the process. * Maintaining a clean and organized work area while complying with industrial safety standards. * Collaborating with the maintenance team to identify and resolve minor machinery malfunctions.
