**Production Operator** We are looking for a **Production Operator** for laser welding machines and cutting/segmentation machines at our facilities in **Querétaro.** In this role, you will perform operational tasks assigned during the manufacturing/assembly process according to the daily work plan. In addition, you will follow prescribed work methods and quality standards, comply with occupational safety regulations, and ensure production is carried out as efficiently and safely as possible, contributing to achieving business unit objectives and customer satisfaction. **We Offer:** * Life insurance * Savings fund 5% * Grocery vouchers 10% * Enhanced vacation benefits starting from the second year * Holiday bonus of 30 days **Your Responsibilities:** * Perform machine operations, processing, and/or assembly tasks as required by manufacturing processes/procedures. * Your scope of activities includes, but is not limited to, full operation of production machinery and equipment, preparation, cleaning, and/or transportation of components, self-inspection of parts, ERP data entry, and completion of necessary documentation. * Provide support for other tasks and assignments as needed, working at different stations according to production demands. * Carry out prescribed maintenance tasks when required (TPM for machines and equipment), keeping the work area and equipment clean while complying with applicable safety regulations. * Visually and dimensionally inspect your parts to ensure compliance with established customer quality criteria and standards (self-inspection). * Use measuring instruments, tools, facilities, and furniture correctly. * OTD: Contribute to meeting production deadlines and delivery times. * LEAD Time: Produce items within planned time/standard time. * FTR: Ensure first-time quality during part/component manufacturing. **Your Profile:** * High school diploma or technical degree preferred. * Minimum of 2 years of production experience in a similar position or with technical vocational qualifications, preferably in the aerospace industry. * Language: Basic English proficiency. Preferred for interpreting manuals, machines, and instructions. * Manual dexterity with sensitive/delicate materials. * Proficiency in using general hand tools. * Holds valid internal or external certifications for operating conventional/special production machinery, and/or prior aerospace process qualifications (e.g., sheet metal pressing and forming machines, cutting machines, machining and semi-automatic welding machines, automated equipment, etc.). * Ability to interpret drawings, work instructions, and visual aids. * Data management for automated machines (Datacards).
