Teamwork and Results-Oriented **Job Description** **Overview:** The production operator is responsible for separating, assembling, labeling, sealing, wrapping, and packaging various components of surgical trays, as required. **Key Responsibilities:** * The production operator is responsible for receiving the necessary components for assembling the requested kit. * Follow applicable procedures. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Leave storage locations organized and clean. * Participate in activities and programs required by the company. * Contribute to one's own safety and the company's safety. **Required Competencies:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in the medical industry (preferred) * 6 months to 1 year of experience in conveyor line work and cleanroom environments (preferred) **Skills:** * Communication * Teamwork * Proactive * Results-Oriented * Responsible **Education:** Elementary school, junior high school.
