Job Summary: A major meat distributor is seeking a Production Operator for meat injection with experience in operating machinery and tools. Key Points: 1. Previous experience in meat or food processing plants is desirable. 2. Knowledge of and ability to operate meat injection machines. 3. Knowledge of and ability to operate slicers, grinders, and saws.
