Implementation of lean manufacturing tools At **Carrier**, we seek a dynamic, results-oriented **Production Facilitator** to join our team at the CMX G plant. Your primary objective will be to coordinate and facilitate operations on production lines, ensuring compliance with daily plans, quality standards, and efficiency through proper execution of processes. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Production Plan Monitoring:** Ensure achievement of daily manufacturing targets. * **Personnel Management:** Coordinate frontline operational staff and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). * **Safety and Quality:** Guarantee compliance with safety, quality, and floor support standards. * **Continuous Improvement:** Implement lean manufacturing tools. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed engineering degree (II, IIA, IIS, IMA, or related field). * **Experience:** 1 year in production or manufacturing processes (preferred). * **Technical Knowledge:** Lean manufacturing and Excel proficiency (Basic/Intermediate). * **Languages:** Basic English (as a plus). * **Competencies:** Leadership, analytical thinking, proactivity, and teamwork. * **Availability:** Mandatory shift rotation and overtime. **Compensation and Benefits** **Salary and Bonuses:** * **Base salary:** $587\.00 per day ($20,410\.60 monthly before taxes). * **Punctuality bonus:** Additional 5%. * **Productivity bonus:** 0% to 15%. * **Weekly payment.** **Benefits Exceeding Legal Requirements:** * **Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo):** 32 days. * **Vacation:** 12 initial days per year. * **Free transportation.** * **Subsidized cafeteria (45%).** * **Scholarships:** Starting from the first year with the plant. * **Financial assistance:** For births and deaths. * **Uniforms.** **Statutory Benefits:** * IMSS and Infonavit. ***Interested candidates must apply through this channel.*** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,410\.60 per month Benefits: * Study support * Transportation assistance or service * Employee discount * Maternity leave exceeding statutory requirements * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site employment
