




Position Objective We are looking for an initiative-driven Warehouse Associate not only to manage daily inventory but also to lead the **modernization of our logistics processes** through the implementation of digital tools and new controls. This role is key to ensuring efficiency in product flow and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities The selected candidate will be responsible for the following main tasks: * **Inventory Control and Management:** Ensure accurate recording of warehouse entries and exits. * **Digital Process Improvement:** Lead database updates within the system and implement digital tools (such as barcode/QR code scanners) to optimize control. * **Operations Coordination:** Carry out customer counter dispatches and coordinate material movement between different company warehouses. * **Assembly and Production:** Operate machinery for assembling hydraulic hoses (training will be provided). * **Logistics and Shipments:** Manage shipments, courier services, and goods receipt. * **Stock Control and Reporting:** Update and manage maximum and minimum levels, as well as generate movement statistics for decision-making. * **Physical Inventories:** Conduct cyclical and periodic physical inventories. **Experience** Minimum 3 verifiable years in warehouse management and control. **Technical Skills** Experience using inventory control software. **Knowledge** Advanced computer skills (Excel, databases) and proficiency with measuring tools. **Desirable** Experience in implementing process improvements or warehouse digitization.
