You will operate large-format printing machines, execute production orders, perform basic maintenance, prepare materials, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality prints. We Offer: * Base weekly salary of $3,200 gross + overtime pay * Statutory benefits * Personal protective equipment Schedule: * Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM * Saturday: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM * Fixed day off on Sunday. Responsibilities: * Operate large-format printing machines (Mimaki, Allwin, or others), ensuring proper configuration. * Execute production orders according to the Production Order (OP), ensuring precision at each stage. * Perform cleaning, calibration, and basic equipment maintenance to ensure optimal operation. * Prepare materials (banners, vinyl, substrates, etc.) according to the requirements of each print job. * Identify, report, and assist in resolving malfunctions during the printing process. * Verify final product quality prior to delivery to the relevant department. Requirements: * Completed secondary school or high school education. * Proven experience operating large-format plotters (Mimaki, Allwin, or others). * Knowledge of handling banners, vinyls, and various printing materials. * Ability to detect and resolve technical issues, with a focus on product quality. * Attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude in a production environment.
