**Date:** May 26, 2026 **Location:** Mexico City, Mexico **Company:** deloittemx **What does a typical day in this role look like?** As a Performance and Observability Consultant at Deloitte, you will be responsible for supporting the analysis of capacity, performance, and observability of the bank’s technological platforms and services. You will participate in identifying bottlenecks, operational risks, and improvement opportunities, as well as evaluating the current state of monitoring tools, metrics, and practices. On a daily basis, you will analyze application and technological component performance, identifying degradations or critical points. You will assess capacity, resource consumption, trends, and infrastructure usage to anticipate operational risks. Additionally, you will contribute to reviewing and enhancing observability metrics, dashboards, and tools; support generating reports on service health, availability, and performance; and collaborate with Operations, Architecture, and SRE teams to improve monitoring and performance practices. We are motivated by making a meaningful impact in everything we do. **What qualifications are required to apply?** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field, * Experience: Approximately 3 years of experience participating in performance, technology operations, incident management, service reliability, or junior SRE projects, * Required knowledge: Basic application performance analysis, load evaluation, initial troubleshooting, capacity and consumption analysis, general understanding of infrastructure, integrations, and distributed ecosystems, * English proficiency: Intermediate (technical documentation reading and basic communication), * Technology tools: Monitoring and observability tools (APM, metrics, logs), performance and capacity analysis platforms and dashboards, * **Skills:** Analytical ability, effective communication, organization, adaptability, results orientation, high quality standards, problem-solving capability, and affinity for technology **Why Deloitte?** Through our work, we create significant impact—making a positive difference for our clients, society, and the planet.
